David Emanuel Sarabia
Founder / CEO
David is an serial entrepreneur, co-founder of UPrinting.com which was recognized by Inc 500 in 2009 and acquired in 2010. Then founding the first m-commerce platform built for touch-screens, which he sold within 2 years.
He created inRecovery while in treatment and was accepted to Startup Health, becoming their first addiction treatment startup.
John is a Harvard MBA and successful entrepreneur. Wall Street innovator who sold his first company to Sequoia Capital and his second company to the Deutsche Boerse (German Stock Exchange).
He served as Chairman of Hazelden and was a Board Member of the Hazelden Foundation.
Don Kripke, MD
Dr. Kripke graduated magna cum laude from Yale, received his M.D. from UPenn School of Medicine and obtained his training in psychiatry at Harvard.
Don has practiced general psychiatry and psychoanalysis for over 35 years, was Chief Resident in Psychiatry UCSD's School of Medicine, and was Professor of Psychiatry at the Naval Medical Center.
David Cohen, LCSW. has been treating people with addiction and mental health issues since 2001. Prior to inRecovery, he served at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation for over ten years as both a Therapist and Director.
He also taught Masters level social work students in addiction treatment at Loyola University. He holds a Masters from University of Michigan.
Richard St Peter
Richard St Peter is a seasoned executive. Ex-CFO of Petco, having completed 3 NASDAQ IPO's and over 30 Mergers and Acquisitions in his career.
Prior to joining inRecovery he was an owner and CEO of an addiction treatment hospital innovating in opioid recovery. Served as 1st Lieutenant US Army Ranger and holds an MBA from USC.
Head of Operations
Adam Niekras developed an expertise in Operations and Data Analytics, while directing training departments and high-visibility programs during his ten years of service as a pilot in the U.S. Navy.
He holds a BS in Information Technology from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and is a proud Shift.org Fellow.

Huzaifa Al-Nahas, PhD
Huzaifa has held senior level software engineering positions in health care technology companies around the world. He leads all our egineering efforts including our Apps, AI, Data Science, and Security.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science and MS in Mathematics, having focused his PhD studies in medical information systems and cryptography.
Hants Williams, PhD, RN.
Head of Data Science
Dr. Williams is a registered public health nurse, published scientist, and full-stack health care professional. He's developed the functional skills of a clinical researcher, data scientist, software developer, and healthcare policy advocate.
He is able to quickly test the acceptability, feasibility, and efficacy of new care pathways, digital therapeutics, and other novel innovations focused on enhancing delivery and implementation of care.
Katerina is Columbia University graduate and advises on the creation of EMMA, our Intelligence Engine, and Data Science Community initiatives of inRecovery.
She is the visionary behind our global data collaboration movement, to help advance the efficacy of treatment and give researchers a powerful data platform to discover innovations.
Head of Development
Robert Pursea is a mathematics and development genius. He started coding at the age of 15 and now leads inRecovery's Development team. Robert is self-taught, giving him an entrepreneurial approach to coding.
Prior to joining inRecovery, Robert held senior developer roles in multiple companies in worldwide.
Sr. Backend Developer
Bogi Niczuly is a proud mother of two young boys and leads our Backend Development efforts. She brings 9+ years of enterprise level development experience and is a rockstar Agile Project Manager.
She holds a BS in Automation and Computer Science and is fluent in English, Hungarian, Spanish, German.
Grace has years of experience in data analytics and project management from her service in the U.S. Army, and brings a strong sense of service to the inRecovery team.
She is a self taught Python programmer, holds a B.A from the University of Virginia, and speaks Italian, Arabic, and Portuguese. She is a proud Shift.org Fellow.
